Privacy statement

In this statement we explain how Gallery Honingen handles the personal data that we obtain in our contact with you. We believe that protecting information entrusted to us by our customers, visitors to our website and others with whom we interact is part of our responsibility. This applies, among other things, to personal data that you provide to us such as name, email address and/or postal address. The data is stored within our company and is not provided or sold to third parties.

Newsletter and customer data

If you sign up for the digital invitation/newsletter, we will ask you for your name and e-mail address, or if you purchase an artwork, we will also ask for your postal address and telephone number. The collected data is kept confidential and secure. We only use the stored information to inform you about the activities of Galerie Honingen. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the e-mail. Postal addresses are only used for the periodic sending of invitations and catalogs and for handling any art purchases. This is done exclusively through a company on our behalf, with whom we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is required to do so by law, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. You can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we point out that in that case you may not be able to use all the options of this website.

More information about the terms of use and data protection can be found in the terms and conditions of Google Analytics or in the privacy overview of Google Analytics.
